Your heart says yes, but your brain says no; which way do you go?

It is surely an issue that most people deal with more often than we’d like to believe. All the major decisions we make in life don’t come easy (for most), so do you listen to your heart or your brain? Your heart instinctively knows what the right thing to do, but your brain is always holding you back. It says things like “wait up! hold on and think about this! weigh the pros and cons first!” Which in some cases can save your bacon if you were about to partake in a venture you knew little about but felt it was right but it turns out it was probably a front for the mafia or worse! It is a dialectic relationship that both causes and solves problems.

  1. I’ve always told myself, when both my heart and brain agrees, I know it’s the right thing to do.
